トロンボーンとピアノのための爽やかでメロディアスな小品。東京都交響楽団首席トロンボーン奏者・高瀬新太郎氏の委嘱作です。もしも目の前に心が弱っている人がいたら、皆さんはどうやって励ますでしょう？優しい言葉をかけるのはもちろん、スポーツカーにその人を乗せて眺めの良い道をちょっと飛ばす…なんてのも素敵ではないでしょうか？この曲はそんなイメージで書きました。トロンボーンだからこそ可能な「車サウンド」を盛り込み、バラードの枠から少しはみ出した、ユニークなラブソングになっています。
開けた窓から風がビューンと頬にあたって、気づいたら涙も乾いている。束の間のドライブをお楽しみ下さい。
　
A breezy and melodious piece for trombone and piano, commissioned by Shintaro Takase, Principal trombonist of Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra.
If you had a dear someone in front of you who was feeling weak inside, how would you encourage him or her?
Of course you need to say kind words, but it would also be wonderful to put them in a sports car and drive along a road with a beautiful view... wouldn't that be sweet? This song was written with such an image in mind. It includes “car sounds” that are possible only with the trombone, and it is a unique love song slightly out of the ballad genre.
The wind breezes against the cheeks through the open window, and the person's tears dry up when they realize it. I hope you enjoy the momentary drive.
